Philips Media ordering process

At Philips Media, we strive to provide a seamless and easy shopping experience for all our customers. Whether you pay via iDEAL, choose a bank transfer, or use Klarna, we make the ordering process as smooth as possible. And with free shipping on orders over €20, online shopping becomes even more attractive!

How do I place an order at Philips Media?

You can place an order via the Philips Media website.

  1. Have you found a product you want to order? Add it to your shopping cart by clicking the blue “Add to cart” button.
  2. In the shopping cart menu, you can complete your order by clicking the “Checkout” button.
  3. Philips Media uses DHL to ship products.
  4. For all products: order on business days before 3:00 PM, delivered the next day.
  5. Select your preferred delivery options.
  6. Choose your payment method and complete your order.
  7. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order products by phone.

To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, all orders are processed automatically. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order between placing it and delivery. If you do not wish to accept the order, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receiving it. Please follow the return instructions for returning products.

Which carrier will deliver my package?

At the moment, Philips Media only accepts orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands.

For delivery, we use the services of DHL. You can choose where you would like your order to be delivered:

  • At home or another address
  • At a DHL ServicePoint

If the delivery driver does not find you at home, the package will be delivered to a neighbor or to a DHL ServicePoint. In the latter case, you can collect the package the next day. You will receive an email with a link to the address and opening hours of the DHL ServicePoint.

What are the shipping costs at Philips Media?

For shipments within the Netherlands, we offer free delivery on orders over €20. For orders under €20, shipping costs are €1.99.

If you have ordered multiple items, we will always try to deliver them in one package. If your order is over €20 but needs to be split into two or more shipments, this will not affect the delivery costs.

How can I pay for my order at Philips Media?
  • iDEAL – Pay directly via your bank’s trusted online banking environment.
  • Bank transfer – Transfer the amount manually; once we have received your payment, we will ship your order.

  • Credit card – Pay securely and reliably with Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro.
